Single Stage Turbocompressors

Our radial air blowers are modern flow-through machines designed for the compression of large gas volumes at low compression ratios. With the minimum number of mating parts and a continuous monitoring of operating
variables, these blowers provide a high operating reliability.

A high compression efficiency (more than 80%: 84% for the optimum working point, or up to 87% polytropic efficiency) and, consequently, a high general efficiency were achieved by using advanced technologies for the threedimensional machining of the impeller blades.

High Speed Turbo Blowers

DEWEY provide high speed turbo blower, equipped with Non-contact air bearing and high precision direct-coupled impeller. These machines are driven by efficient permanent magnet synchronous motor. The rotation speed is varied by variable frequency drive to control the flow or pressure.

A real-time monitoring of the complete system is done by the programmable logic controller. The machines are built in a sound proof enclosure package. Dewey Turbo Blowers have a capacity ranging from 1000 M3/Hr. to 18,000 M3/Hr. with a pressure up to 1.2 bar.

Dewey can provide you with an exchange range of Side Channel Blowers, single and double stage, are suitable for pressure and vacuum duties and especially suited to applications where a pulsation-fee flow is required.
